  1. Return Conditions
    If you wish to return a purchased product, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

The product must be unused and fully packaged with all original tags and packaging materials.
Some products (such as opened cosmetics, brushes or other personal care products) may not be returned for hygiene reasons, please check carefully before purchase.

    To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Get a Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Packaging Products: Please package the product securely and indicate the RMA number on the package.

  1. Return Shipping
    If you are returning an item because we sent the wrong item or the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping.
    If you are returning an item for personal reasons (such as dislike or wrong selection), the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Refund Processing
    Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be refunded to your payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card to show the refund on your account.
  3. Rental or Trial Items
    We do not accept returns on rental or trial items. If you selected a trial product when purchasing, make sure you understand its relevant policies before trying it.
